Job summary

All Tennessee Caregivers is seeking a compassionate Home Health Caregiver to provide in-home support, assisting clients with daily activities, personal care, and meal preparation. You will help keep living spaces clean and organized while monitoring client well-being.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work well with a team. Weekend availability is required and travel to Brentwood is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including keeping the living area clean and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
