SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield is seeking a compassionate Spanish-speaking caregiver to join our team. You will provide in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, with a schedule from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, available to start immediately.

A valid driver's license is required. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and documenting care provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, personal care, ambulation, transfers, meal prep).

• Collaborate with the office team to ensure comprehensive care.

You will also monitor and report changes in client condition, maintain accurate records of services provided, and collaborate with our office team to ensure comprehensive care.
