SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking caring caregivers to join our locally owned team in Arizona. You’ll provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily activities, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

We offer $16–$18/hour starting pay, on-demand pay, and healthcare benefits for full-time and part-time staff. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available, with a supportive team that values your reliability and empathy.

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable, professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain.
