SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is a locally owned home care provider seeking compassionate caregivers in Phoenix. You will deliver in-home care with daily activities and companionship, starting at $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with on-demand pay and healthcare benefits for eligible staff.

We offer flexible scheduling—days, evenings, overnights, and long or short shifts—plus time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays. Join a supportive team focused on helping clients stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Dependable, caring, and professional.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle.
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain—we can help)
• Spanish speakers welcomed
