SYNERGY HomeCare in New Fairfield, CT is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and deliver heartfelt, non-medical care in clients’ homes. You will be appreciated, recognized, and rewarded for the comforting support you provide each day.

You will offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, and help remind clients about medications. Flexible schedules and opportunities to work with nearby clients make this role rewarding and stable.

Qualifications

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
