SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist clients in their homes in Milford, CT. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, and help with daily tasks while building trust with clients and families.

The role emphasizes reliable, punctual care, clear communication, and adherence to care plans, with ongoing training and flexible scheduling available.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistent
• Accurately report EVV clock ins/outs, ADL notes and visit information for client care plans
