Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield is seeking a compassionate Spanish-speaking caregiver to join our team. You will provide in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, with a schedule from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, available to start immediately.

A valid driver's license is required. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and documenting care provided.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking caregiver with a valid driver’s license.
• Availability 11:00 am – 5:00 pm and able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, personal care, ambulation, transfers, meal prep).
• Provide medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition and maintain care records.
• Collaborate with the office team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Respect clients’ rights and confidentiality.
