Job summary

City Net Homeless Services in San Bernardino is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care to deliver compassionate in-home support to older adults. Flexible shifts and a supportive team help you make a daily difference.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship, with training and advancement opportunities. Strong communication and a heart for helping others are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

• Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.

• Light Exercise Support – Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
