Freedom Home Care LLC in Inland Empire seeks a friendly and compassionate Full-Time Caregiver to assist our clients in their homes. We welcome Home Health Aides, PCAs, and CNAs to join our team and provide personal care, meals, and companionship.

This role offers flexible schedules, paid training, ongoing growth, and a pathway to promotion while helping seniors stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Experience as Caregiver/HHA/CNA preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to earn soon
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist transfers
• Strong communication and respect for client privacy

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and dignity support (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and keep living spaces clean
• Give timely medication reminders and monitor basic health cues
• Offer active companionship and engage clients in activities
• Assist with light exercise or mobility routines as directed

Is seeking a friendly and compassionate Caregiver with a flexible availability to assist our clients, within the Inland Empire area. What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
