Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC is hiring a Full-Time In-Home Caregiver to support seniors in the Inland Empire. You will provide personal care, prepare meals, monitor wellness, offer companionship, and assist with mobility in clients' homes.

The role emphasizes compassion, safe transfers, meal prep, and clear communication while maintaining client privacy and dignity in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Experience as Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care: cook simple meals and keep living areas clean.
• Medication & Wellness: provide reminders and monitor basic health cues.
• Active Companionship: engage clients with conversation, activities and outings.
• Light Exercise Support: assist with gentle stretches as directed.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
