Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Little Canada, MN, is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR) to support seniors in a person-centered environment. You will work directly with residents, providing personalized care and brightening daily life.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, a heart for seniors, and are ready for training. Shifts include AM/PM with every-other-weekend availability; a team-focused, compassionate workplace awaits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, empathy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability

• AM and PM Shift- Every Other Weekend

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
