The Woodlake Senior Living in Sacramento, CA is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support residents with daily living activities. You will provide personal care and assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals and mobility while upholding dignity and privacy in a person-centered approach.

The role emphasizes safety, infection control and completing required trainings. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with multiple shift options to fit schedules.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Criminal background checks and health screenings required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Maintain privacy, respect, and dignity for residents.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Complete required training upon hire and annually.

Caregiver "Care Partner"

Responsibilities of the Care Partner

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Food Handler Certification, First Aid Certification, Caregiver Certification and CPR Certification all preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
• State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
• LIC 503 Health Screening Report

  • PM Shift Fri-Mon (2:00pm-10:30pm)
  • AM Shift Fri-Mon (6:00am -2:30am)
  • NOC Shift Fri-Mon (10:00pm- 6:30am)
