Job summary

Vineyard Henderson Memory Care in Henderson, NV is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community. This role requires a Current CPR Certification and offers competitive wages with opportunities to grow. Training available for qualified candidates.

We have multiple openings — all shifts (Day/Swing/NOC). The position emphasizes person-centered care, privacy, and dignity while supporting daily living activities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver Certification required by the state.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living according to our person-centered care philosophy.
• Provide personal care services per individual services plans (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, meals, laundry, etc.).
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete state required training upon hire and annually.

Responsibilities of the Care Partner

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have approved Caregiver Certification required by the state.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
