Job summary

Serengeti Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to orchestrate caregiver schedules, match skills to client needs, and ensure seamless care delivery in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will collaborate with caregivers, branch staff, and payroll to manage availability, training, and onboarding tasks while maintaining accurate records and responding to emergencies or schedule changes as needed.

Qualifications

• Intermediate ability to communicate with others; read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents and memos.
• Intermediate math reasoning skills including basic arithmetic and unit conversions.
• High-level reasoning to solve practical problems in varied situations.
• Proficient in training in office systems and equipment; strong computer literacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver availability, preferences, and skills to assign clients per care plans.
• Schedule caregivers and align with client care plans; adjust for efficiency and evolving needs.
• Communicate clear client care instructions and special needs to caregivers.
