You will coordinate caregiver availability, align schedules with client care plans, use the scheduling system, and assist with onboarding and payroll tasks. This position emphasizes teamwork and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Language: intermediate ability to communicate, read, write and interpret documents.
• Math: intermediate math reasoning for measurements, finances, and scheduling.
• Reasoning: problem-solving and multi-variable planning for scheduling.
• Technical Aptitude: proficient with office systems and equipment; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver availability and assignments to client care plans.
• Schedule caregivers using the automated system and adjust for conflicts and overtime.
• Assist with site administrative tasks and onboarding, including documents and licenses.
• Support Payroll by processing missed punches and provide backup during emergencies.
• Identify process improvements and participate in ongoing education programs.
