The Caregiving Company is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to ensure client shifts are staffed by managing caregiver schedules and coordinating real-time coverage in Fayetteville, GA. You will match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility while remaining flexible for call-outs and urgent staffing needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to think quickly under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, dispatch, or coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Google Suite and scheduling software.
• Healthcare or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain weekly caregiver schedules.
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and needs.
• Respond to call-outs, no-shows, and last-minute changes.
• Secure shift coverage quickly to avoid gaps in care.
• Communicate schedule updates with caregivers and clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records.
• Monitor coverage, overtime, and caregiver utilization.
• Coordinate with recruiting team on staffing needs.
