Job summary

BrightCare HomeCare LLC in Mandeville, LA is seeking a Scheduling Caregiver Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules, coordinate with caregivers and clients, and maintain accurate records. The role supports a fast-paced team delivering timely in-home care services.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in scheduling/operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or related field
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Caregiving experience or ability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor caregiver schedules, ensuring adequate staffing to meet client needs
• Coordinate with caregivers, clients, and management teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Manage and maintain accurate records of caregiver assignments, client schedules, and employee hours
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly
• Conduct on-site training and orientation for new caregivers
• Develop and implement strategies to improve caregiver retention and engagement
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
