We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. You will make a difference in residents' lives by assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate confidentially and clearly with staff, including urgent needs and concerns to the Healthcare Director.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts and adhere to policies and safety guidelines.

Previous experience is preferred but not required.
