Summit Home Healthcare LLC is a Massachusetts-based home healthcare company seeking a dynamic, organized Recruiter & Talent Management Specialist to attract, recruit, hire, onboard and co-develop exceptional caregivers, clinical specialists and office personnel who deliver high-quality client care.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce development with a focus on home care staffing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in home care or healthcare services.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws, hiring practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong interviewing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers and clinical staff.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Post and maintain job advertisements across job boards, social media platforms, community organizations, and healthcare networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs.
• Conduct phone screenings, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks and reference checks.
• Build and maintain an applicant database and recruitment metrics.
• Attend job fairs and community outreach activities to promote opportunities.
