Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Findlay, OH is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain comfort and safety across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. You will work with a collaborative team, communicate clearly with residents and co-workers, and provide attentive, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
