Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living seeks a dedicated CNA aide to support residents with daily living activities in our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and safety, while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents to maintain independence while ensuring dignity and safety.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Position Requirements

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co‑workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
