Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is seeking compassionate CNAs to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. This role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and promoting independence while engaging residents in daily activities and enrichment programs.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, be at least 18, and ideally hold a Certified Nurse’s Aid credential. A patient, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.

• Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Strong customer service and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.

Position Requirements

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
