Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Findlay, OH is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain cleanliness, and promote independence in a caring environment.

You will work as part of a dedicated team, communicating effectively with residents and staff, upholding safety and dignity, and participating in life enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
