Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Ohio is seeking a Certified Nurse’s Aide to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will maintain room cleanliness, assist with daily activities and promote safety and well-being for all residents.

The role demands empathy, strong communication, and a commitment to quality care. A CNA certification is preferred, with opportunities for training and growth within a supportive team environment.

Position Requirements

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co‑workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
