Job summary

English Rose Suites in Edina, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. You will provide relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions, delivering daily living assistance and engaging activities.

• Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts.
• Preferred: household/cooking skills; valid driver's license.

About the role

English Rose caregivers work in Edina residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. This supportive environment allows you to provide meaningful, relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living needs

• Lead or join in daily engagement activities
• Partner with coworkers and families to deliver high-quality care

Team support

When a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another team member fills in to maintain the 1:3 ratio. Caregivers always have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs.
