Job summary

English Rose provides overnight care in small residential care homes offering assisted living and memory care in Edina and Minnetonka. With a 1:6 staff-to-resident ratio, you’ll have time and support to focus on resident safety and meaningful care.

We are seeking compassionate caregivers for NOC shifts in MN. The role includes 10p–6a shifts (every other weekend) and opportunities for growth, with support from 24/7 nurse staff.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills.
• HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred (training provided).
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care and monitor resident well-being.
• Assist with evening and morning routines.
• Light housekeeping and preparing for the day ahead.
• Document care notes clearly and accurately.

Job Title: Caregiver – Overnight (NOC Shift, PT/FT)

Pay: $17.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Shifts: 10p–6a (every other weekend required)

Team support

If a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another caregiver steps in to maintain the 1:3 ratio during the day and 1:6 ratio during the overnight shift. Caregivers also have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs.

Qualifications

• HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred
• Dementia care experience preferred (training provided)
• Compassionate, dependable, strong communicator
• Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts
• Household/cooking skills preferred
• Valid driver's license required
