Job summary

English Rose Suites in Edina, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. You will provide relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions, delivering daily living assistance and engaging activities.

Qualifications

• HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred.
• Dementia care experience preferred (training provided).
• Compassionate, dependable, strong communicator.
• Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts.
• Preferred: household/cooking skills; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living needs.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Lead or join in daily engagement activities.
• Partner with coworkers and families to deliver high-quality care.
