Job summary

English Rose Suites in Edina, MN seeks caregivers to provide compassionate, relationship-focused care in residential settings. The team operates at a 1:3 resident ratio, supporting residents with dementia and complex medical conditions in a caring environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, and light housekeeping, while engaging residents in meaningful activities and documenting care details for continuity.

Qualifications

• HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred.
• Dementia care experience preferred (training provided).
• Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts.
• Preferred: household/cooking skills; valid driver's license.

Pay:

$17.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Shifts:

Morning, Evening, Overnight; every other weekend

About the role

English Rose caregivers work in Edina residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. This supportive environment allows you to provide meaningful, relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions.

• Partner with coworkers and families to deliver high-quality care

Team support

When a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another team member fills in to maintain the 1:3 ratio. Caregivers always have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs.
