Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is looking for a compassionate Caregiver in Illinois to assist with activities of daily living, follow individualized service plans, and promote safety and independence for our residents. You’ll engage residents, support dining, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while communicating with families and care leaders.

CPR/First Aid certification and a high school diploma are required, with 18+ eligibility.

Qualifications

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
