Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversations and activities. You will follow ISP, document changes, and coordinate with families and care leaders in a welcoming environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, 18+, CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication skills with residents and families.
• Compassion, reliability, and patience in caregiving.
• Ability to follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP).

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
