Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Media, PA is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, grooming and personal care while upholding dignity and safety.

You will follow individualized service plans, engage residents in conversations and activities, assist dining services, and collaborate with families and care leaders. CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
