Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and daily activities. You will follow individualized service plans, promote safety, and help maintain a welcoming, dignified environment.

You will engage residents through conversation and daily activities, assist dining services, and communicate with families and care leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid may be obtained after hire if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes; promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities; support dining services.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders; create enriching experiences in Memory Care.
