Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and companionship at our North Dakota community. You will assist with ADLs, monitor safety, and help create a warm, welcoming environment that celebrates independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.

What We’re Looking For:
