Job summary

Magnolia Meadows is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide compassionate personal care for residents and support daily living activities. This full‑time role offers opportunities to grow while working in a supportive team environment.

The position requires 6am–2pm shifts with every other weekend and holiday, strong communication, and adherence to safety standards. A background check is required to join our caring community.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
• CBRF certification preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate attitude toward seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
