Job summary

Vitality Living is hiring a Caregiver for the Appletree Court Assisted Living community in Richardson, TX. You will assist residents with daily activities, basic care, and emotional well‑being according to service plans.

Responsibilities include updating plans with supervisor input, reporting issues to the LPN/Medication Tech, and completing onboarding and ongoing training. Must be 18+, English‑proficient, and meet health requirements.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health or behavioral needs as per service plans.
• Assist in developing and revising service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and successful approaches.
• Observe and report resident problems to the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid when on duty.
• Attend onboarding, annual and in‑service training, and team meetings as requested.
• Meet state regulatory health requirements and maintain required certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively in English.
