Job summary

Vitality Living Preston Hollow in Dallas, TX is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our Preston Hollow community. You will support residents with daily activities, simple treatments as indicated in service plans, and contribute to a warm, inclusive environment where everyone is respected.

This full-time, on-site role requires being at least 18, fluent English, compliance with state health requirements, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and emotional health concerns as outlined in service plans.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and preferences.
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid when on duty.
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service trainings and team meetings, as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director.
