Job summary

Mary's Woods in Lake Oswego, OR is hiring caregivers to provide direct resident care across independent living, assisted living, memory care and residential care settings. We welcome passionate individuals who value dignity, independence and compassionate service.

Roles include day, evening and night shifts, with full-time, part-time and on-call positions available. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with increases based on experience, certification and education.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of professional caregiving experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Required to obtain Food Handler's, CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under direct supervision according to policies and procedures, and ensure care for our residents is provided in an atmosphere of comfort, independence and dignity
• Must be comfortable working independently and with others
• Must be able to manage time and complete tasks effectively
• Must be comfortable working with people living with Dementia

Education

Pay:

Starting from $20.00 per hour. The starting wage increases depending on experience, certification and education.

Shifts:

• Day Shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm)
• Evening Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
• NOC Shift (10:30 pm - 7:00 am)
