Mary’s Woods is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care to residents across independent living, assisted living and memory care. The community highlights a strong mission, a park-like setting in Lake Oswego, and a welcoming culture.

Shifts vary, with part-time, full-time and on-call opportunities available. Starting pay is competitive at $22 per hour, with raises based on experience, certification and education.

Qualifications

• Experience with residents living with Dementia is a plus

Pay: Starting from $22.00 per hour. The starting wage increases depending on experience, certification and education.

Shift:

• Evening Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
• NOC Shift (10:30 pm - 7:00 am)
• Friday - Sunday Day Shift
• Friday - Monday Evening Shift
• Friday - Sunday Evening Shift
• Thursday - Saturday NOC Shift
• Friday - Sunday & Tuesday NOC Shift

We are hiring for full-time, part-time and on-call positions.

Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:

• Providedirectcare to residents underdirect supervision according to policies and procedures, andensure care for our residents is provided in an atmosphere of comfort, independence and dignity
• Must be comfortable working independently and with others
• Must be able to manage time and complete tasks effectively
• Must be comfortable working with people living with Dementia

Education and Experience Required:

• Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma or GED
• Professional caregiving experience required, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Required to obtain your Food Handler's, CPR and First Aidcertificationwithin 30 days of hire
• Must be able to work as part of a team
