Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Roseville, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our senior-focused team. We hire CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, RAs, or NARs who care deeply for others and want to make each day brighter for residents.

You’ll provide personalized care, assist with daily living, mobility, and light housekeeping, and support residents with activities. Training is provided for medications and emergency response.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• NOC shift (10PM-6AM) availability.

Responsabilidades

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
