Horizon Center San Diego is seeking a Health Aide/Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care in a recuperative setting. You will help with personal care, meals, and social engagement while ensuring safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as caregiver or support staff is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
• Help with meal preparation, serving, and feeding assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident living areas.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
