Horizon Center San Diego is hiring a Health Aide/Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and companionship at a recuperative care facility in San Diego, CA.

The role requires a compassionate, patient caregiver who can work with seniors, follow instructions, and participate in required training. A supportive management team and a flexible schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or support roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
• Help with meal preparation, serving, and feeding assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident living areas.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
