Pacific Pointe Senior Apartments in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a caring caregiver to assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, prepare meals as needed, maintain clean living areas, and report changes to nursing staff. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as caregiver or support staff is a plus.
• Incorporating Harm Reduction, Informed Trauma Training and De-escalation techniques.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the underserved population.
• Compassionate and patient demeanour with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.
