Suite Living Senior Care in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. If you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you and help provide person-centered care.

You’ll work directly with residents to assist with daily living, mobility, medications (training provided), meaningful activities, light housekeeping, and meals. We offer training and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (assisted living/memory care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM (6AM-2PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
