Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Prior Lake, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide person-centered Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will work directly with residents to deliver personalized support, comfort, and companionship in a intimate community setting.

Roles include CNA/HHA/PCA/RAs and opportunities for training, with shifts across days and evenings. Join a team dedicated to kindness, teamwork, and growth, and help make each day brighter for our seniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (assisted living/memory care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be available for 2PM–10PM shifts on at least 8 nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!
