Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Lakeville, MN seeks caring caregivers for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You'll provide personalized support, assist with daily activities, and help residents stay engaged in meaningful activities in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

We welcome both experienced CNAs and those newly certified who have a heart for seniors. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) or PM Shift (2PM - 10PM) Availability

All shifts must be available to work every other weekend.
