Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Forest Lake, MN is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our intimate assisted living and memory care communities. If you have a heart for seniors, experience, and a willingness to learn, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with residents to provide personalized care, including daily living activities, mobility support, medication assistance, and engaging activities.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with strong communication, empathy, and reliability.
• NOC shift (10PM–6AM) availability.

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.

About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Availability.

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend.
