Job summary

Senior Helpers of Dayton is hiring caregivers to support seniors in maintaining independence, comfort, and dignity in their homes across the Dayton area.

Join our team to provide compassionate care, companionship, and help with daily activities, with opportunities for immediate start and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability by phone or text for shift-related communication.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Training is provided to help you develop the skills needed for the role.

• Helping with assigned Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

We have immediate openings throughout the Dayton area, including Centerville, Dayton, Springfield, Xenia, Urbana, New Carlisle, Tipp City, Kettering, Clinton County, Greenville, and surrounding communities.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay rate between $15-$19 per hour, depending on experience + Benefits Package Available.
• Weekend pay differential:
• Additional $1.50/hour for weekend day shifts
• Additional $2.00/hour for weekend night shifts
• Multiple shifts available with opportunities to start immediately
• Part-time and full-time positions
• Consistent scheduling with opportunities for 20+ hours per week

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Availability by phone or text for shift-related communication
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude
• Willingness to learn and provide quality care

No previous caregiving experience? No problem! Training is provided to help you develop the skills needed for the role.
