Job summary

Senior Helpers of Dayton is hiring caregivers to help seniors maintain independence and dignity in their own homes across the Dayton area, including Centerville, Dayton, Springfield, Xenia, Urbana, and nearby communities.

We offer immediate caregiver openings with pay ranging from $15 to $19 per hour, plus weekend pay and night-shift bonuses. Flexible scheduling, training, and employee benefits are provided to support a rewarding in-home care career.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must have current and valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Providing companionship and emotional support.

We have immediate caregiver openings throughout the Dayton area, including Centerville, Dayton, Springfield, Xenia, Urbana, New Carlisle, Tipp City, Kettering, Greenville, Clinton County, and surrounding communities.

IMPORTANT: Minimum Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must have current and valid auto insurance.

Please note: A driver's license alone is not sufficient. Reliable transportation and active auto insurance are required for this position.

Pay & Benefits

• $15-$19 per hour, depending on experience.
• Additional weekend pay: $1.50/hour extra for weekend day shifts.
• $2.00/hour extra for weekend night shifts.
