Horizon Center San Diego is seeking a Health Aide/Caregiver to assist residents with daily personal care, meals, and companionship in a recuperative care setting. You will foster social interaction, monitor wellbeing, and report changes to nursing staff.

• Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.
