We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Conduct daily client check-ins to monitor well-being
• Provide errand and shopping assistance as needed
• Manage laundry tasks to maintain client’s clothing and linens
• Offer support with pet care and related responsibilities
• Perform light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Prepare meals and assist with cleanup to support proper nutrition
• Accompany clients on social activities and outings to promote engagement and enhance their quality of life
• Provide additional personalized assistance based on clients’ unique requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care
• Dedicated to delivering compassionate and respectful support
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state) and fingerprinting
